Just Cause begins with Rico Rodriguez, an operative for an 
organization known as the Agency, being dropped into a 
Caribbean tropical island called San Esperito, after being called there by his commanding officer, Tom Sheldon, to 
help overthrow San Esperito's dictator; Salvador Mendoza, whom the Agency believes to be in possession of weapons of mass destruction.[3] After his arrival, Rico meets up with Sheldon and fellow agent Maria Kane, and they ally 
themselves with a guerrilla group staging a rebellion 
against the regime and the Rioja drug cartel, another enemy of the government. Rico assists them in their civil war 
against Mendoza's corrupt officials; Black Hand 
mercenaries and the Montano cartel. Rico can also assist in 
the liberation of various territories to further destabilize 
the government's rule over the island. Eventually, Sheldon discovers that Mendoza does, indeed, 
have control of WMDs, and with San Esperito so politically 
unstable, the president is forced to retreat to his private 
presidential island just off the mainland. Sheldon and Kane 
fly Rico to the island to kill Mendoza, but he attempts to 
escape via jet. However, Rico boards the jet and kills Mendoza and his remaining bodyguards, stopping his reign on the islands.

Ys: The Ark of Napishtim (イースVI -ナピシュテムの匣- Īsu Shikkusu -Napishutemu no Hako-?, Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim) is a Japanese action RPG developed and published by the Nihon Falcom Corporation, and the sixth installment in the Ys video game series. It was first released in 2003 for Microsoft Windows-based personal computers. Not counting the Eternal/Complete remakes of Ys I & II, it was the first new Ys game released by Falcom in eight years.
Ys was ported to the PlayStation 2 in 2005 and to the PlayStation Portable in 2006 by Konami for worldwide release. It was the first English release of the series since Ys III: Wanderers from Ys.

Ys VI expands on the mechanics introduced in Ys III and V in that players are given much more control over Adol including the ability to jump and control his attacks (in Ys I, II and IV, enemies are attacked simply by walking into them). The gameplay is structured similarly to previous and subsequent Ys games and other console RPGs.

Areas are presented in 3D graphics. Character, monster and minor bosses are presented using pre-rendered 3D sprites. Larger bosses are presented using full 3D models.

The story begins after Adol's ship is attacked by a fleet of Romun ships. Forced to sail into an unknown area, they encounter a large storm. Adol is swept off the vessel while trying to rescue a fellow sailor and washed ashore by the vortex that surrounds the Canaan Islands. He is found, unconscious, by the daughters of the chieftain of the nearby Rehda village, Olha and Isha. The girls take him to their village and lay him to rest in their father's house. Adol hears them talking about him and wakes up briefly, afterwards going back to sleep because of his exhaustion. His adventure then begins.

The initial release of the game was the "Limited Edition". After this sold out, Falcom released a standard edition of the game with some new features. Two new difficulties and a Time Attack mini-game where you fight through all the game's bosses were added. However, there was never a patch or upgrade released to initial buyers, so players wanting these new features had to buy the game again. Years later, Falcom would similarly add features to Ys Origin, this time, however, initial buyers were offered an upgrade disc for the cost of shipping. The "PC Vista version" is the same as the Standard Edition with support for Windows Vista.

Notes on Bots:
---------------------
You can access the bot menu by pressing the "H" key. This lets you select the weapon mode for the bots to use (knives only, pistols only or sniper only), set the difficulty level from easy, medium or hard (affects accuracy, awareness and reaction time) and it also lets you set the number of bots you want.

Important! By default, the game will balance out so each team. To change this, open the console (press tilde) and type: "mp_autoteamballance 0", press enter, and then type "mp_limitteams 0". This will let you have uneven bot matches (example: you vs 10 enemy bots). Note that bots will need a few minutes before they learn a new map. When you first add a bot, a loading bar will appear and you'll have to wait until the process is complete. Very complex maps will make this process take longer.

Tested on XP, probably works on 7. Could not get it to run on Vista

Most of the gameplay consists of building tracks, stations and trains, which are used for hauling passengers and freight from one station to another. Delivery revenue can vary by time, distance, demand, cargo type, economic state, station improvements and difficulty level. Companies can connect to and use each other's track and stations, so revenue can be split. Expenses include the fuel, track and engine maintenance and management fee. The fuel cost depends on the cargo weight and the distance each engine runs. Engine maintenance depends on engine age and the engine's type (some locomotives cost more to maintain than others). The elder engines cost more to keep them on the line. The track maintenance is solely calculated from track mileage.
